Hello! I have a tenant in my HMO who wants to move to a larger room in the property that has become available. There would be an increase in rent from £350 to £415pcm. The tenant has been at the property for about a year, so is outside the initial fixed period and we have not renewed the tenancy. Do I need to issue a new tenancy because of the change of room/rent, or can we simply agree the amendment in writing? Many thanks
