hi there. Im looking to sell our property. We have 2 bedroom tenancy agreements. One will end in November this year, and the other commenced 3rd August this year. We would like to organise for real-estate agents to come and start organising viewings etc. Couple of questions I have are:

  1. Do you have a sample letter I can use to inform the tenants of our intent to sell? This could be to a landlord or could be to an owner so can not guarantee continuation of the lease once sold
  2. What's the earliest we can ask the tenants to vacate the property against a shorthold tenancy agreement? Is it 6 months from 3rd Aug?
  3. Are there any good incentives I can use to keep the tenants on side (discounted rent, block viewings only etc?)
  4. Is there anything else we need to be aware of?
