Good morning all,

A bit of an odd one this.

The guarantor for one of our properties has called and said she does not want to be Guarantor for the tenant anymore, she advised it is because 'there is evidence of drug taking and all sorts of people going into the house'.

To make this slightly more complicated, the tenant pays the Guarantor 'in drips and drabs't the rent and the Guarantor pays us. There are currently no arrears and the last property inspection we did in April showed no issues.

Has anyone come across a Guarantor requesting to cancel their agreement?
