A tenant left without giving notice and was still within the 12-months fixed contract. He left without paying rent arrears of 3-months and still had 7 months left in his contract.
He did not provide me with a forwarding address, even after i sent a emails and text to him. I managed to get it traced by a agency.

I am now in the process of submitting a money claim on line. Can I also include in the money claim the remaining months outstanding?

Is there anything else I need to do?
