I have recieved the deposit and filled in the Prescribed Infromation for the tenants on the DPS site.
On the NRLA tenancy agreement it states that the tenants agree to the above being served via email.
However, on the DPS document, at the bottom of of the page, there is a section for the Lanlord and tenants to sign and date.
Q. if you serve via email do you or the tenants need to sign the document (ie print, sign, scan, send) or is it deemed served, if they have recieved it via email?
