Serving notice under the new guidelines
Possession - Section 8 and Section 21

Can we still serve a section 8 and 21 at the same time? Concerned now we have 6 months notice period our tenants arrears can increase but they could pay some off so it goes under 6 months before the S8 date expires so would like the back up of S21.
