Recently done electrical certificate done, electrician has given me 5 year certificate. On the certificat I noticed on section 6 - Recommendations he has noted in the box "5 years or change of tenant / owner". Is he allowed to write this on the certificate as the tenant changes every year. Is there any other phase he can write ?
The other point is he has given me certificate without any trade body logo or name on it - is this valid certificate?
