Clause 7.6 states if the property has a mortgage or not? Why should this information be given out? It gives a tenant an incentive not to pay the rent if they know the property is mortgage free. This should be removed immediately. I think I am going to leave the NRLA after this year and try and find a less woke organisation which is not ran by liberal university leavers. Any ideas of a different organisation with a better tenancy agreement which favours landlords?
