I have a tenant who has been with me for approx 14 months and are currently in a periodic tenancy.
I'm very happy with them. They keep the house nice and pay rent on time. They have requested a new 5yr AST agreement for their piece of mind. I happy to grant this, but would like a clause in the agreement to have annual rent reviews. I just need help with the wording of the clause
