Cladding EWS1

Hi everyone,

I'm looking for some advice regarding my flat. Despite the property being in a 6-story building, I am being given conflicting information about the EWS1 form (cladding); some say I need it, others say "it should be fine".

Does anyone have any clear advice they can share?

To make the matter more frustrating, the freeholder of the apartment block is the local authority and I have not had a response for over 2 months.
