I have just issued a small claim for 6 months rent arrears.
Can you recommend a lawyer to help me with representation at court?
The tenant's mother is the guarantor. I am not convinced she has given her correct address.
I have not served any notices yet. Given that the notice period is now 6 months, should I serve s8 and s21 notices asap? Or just s8?
The tenant has told me that I can't get rid of him for another 6 months at least. He is using my electricity in the common parts for the laundry and sauna etc. Can I stop hime using that space?
Thanks
