So I have a 3 bed terrance "2 up, 1 down" mid terraced town house. 3 separate AST's.
Everything good with paperwork, 6 months AST 18 months ago so now periodic. At beginning served 'how to rent' ' data protection' 'deposit details' all the shenanigans, been an awesome landlord ;) etc etc.
My tenants have been fine, until recently (approx. 6 months ago) one of them decided to move her brother in (so that's what she calls him ;).

I have said that she should not do this and that the tenancy states it is for 1 person. Not to mention my mortgage and insurance notes.
Apart from this, knowing it is difficult to prove anything and actually do anything constructive to stop her I have decided to turn a blind eye because others have not been complaining.

Now more recently I have decided to sell up she is not responding to any phone call, or email etc. giving me the silence torture. However I need to show estate agents around in her room. Do I have any options here, given the current pandemic we all find ourselves in? I need to sell up!

- Do I need to serve a section 21 and wait 6+ months? If so i'm lost for words. What has the world come to!

Thanks in advance
