Hi all, I have a lady who is interested in moving into my rented property once I complete the full refurb but she lives in a rented property already. Her fixed term contract ran out in May and is now on a rolling contract as no new contract was signed. How much notice would she need to give to her landlord for her to leave?? Thank you
