My apartment is currently up for sale. I have 2 bedrooms. One room is tenanted, and the other will be vacant from the end of next month. I am very doubtful I will be able to sell my property due to the Fire Cladding Issues and lack of EWS1 form so I would like to rent out the 2nd room and continue to get some rental income. Any advice on how I should go about advertising; what kind of lease I should be offering someone - can I do min of 3 months and then monthly notice; is that allowed; and any other hints/tips you may have.

Thanks for your help
