I am after some advice please.

I have a tenant that's girlfriend has moved in with him without consent.

His girlfriend's car is always parked in no parking area and its clearly mentioned in his contract not to park there as it is a unlevel surface and can cause damage to my property.

I have sent number of messages for the car to be removed and all has been ignored. Tenant is parking his girlfriend car there deliberately just to cause problems.

What can I do now going forward? The tenant girlfriend car has not moved for over 3 weeks and she is living at the property.
