I have had a tenant who has recently moved out and been in breach of agreement whereby he has not had a professional clean. I have spent probably 4 hours emailing him about this and he still wont accept liability. He has also bullied me in emails and alleged that i have colluded with the independent check out clerk. Please advise if i can also make a charge against the deposit for the above? Many thanks best wishes
