Hello, I am intending to visit my properties for a routine inspection to see if everything is ok. I haven't visited them for some time due to the lock down etc. The problem is I live in Greater Manchester, and the local enhanced rules state i am not allowed to visit another household in the infected Greater Manchester area or anywhere outside it. The properties I want to visit are outside Greater Manchester. Am I able to visit the properties? Would it help if I visited them without the tenant being present and sanitise anything |I touch such as door handles etc or can i inspect the property with the tenants present, or is it the case that I cannot visit the property at all. One of the tenants are leaving mid October, and obviously I will need to do the checkout procedure at this time. Any guidance or advice would be very helpful. thank steven
