I’ve had Andrews manage my property on a full management basis .
The check out was preformed my home was left in a state of disrepair.
None of the interim checks were carried by them further more the tenants have cats and I specifically stated no pets .
I turned done prospective tenants who had pets through my agents .
What are my rights other than a clean , I accepted lower rent of £950 without pets previously was offered £1100 per month if I let my home to tenants with pets not only have there been a breach of contract but also very little management of my property .
Andrews have since so called obtained quotes for minor repairs which fail to go any way to returning my home to a good standard .
