Hello, I have a house which is HMO. Five stories (incl basement) I live in lower two floors, a sitting tenant lives in one room on first floor, with a separate bathroom on mezannine. Another room on this floor has now been vacated so the first tenant has now sole use of bathroom. The two upper floors are two self contained flats we use as short term accomm. Do you think it possible that I can cancel the HMO registration? I live in Westminster Council borough.
Many thanks
Keith Kilby.
