A prospective tenant is asking for the tenancy agreement to be translated in to British sign language. Does anyone has experience of this? Does NRLA has a tenancy agreement translated in BSL? If that is not available any advice on how I can get this done and an estimated cost.

Lastly under the equality act am I obliged to pay for this? Or can I say to the tenant that they have to pay for this? I am employing an estate agent and does the agent have any obligation to provide equal access and if so who should absorb the cost? (I guess I should but wanted to get some advice on the legal obligation and how I can get this done) Thanks
