I had an Order for Possession granted last year and did not act on it (gave the tenant another chance). I now need him out so I wonder if any Landlords in a similar position to myself who have now asked their County Court to activate the Bailiffs to evict and what sort of waiting periods they are experencing ? I have tried to find out through my County Court an indication of the waiting time and I cannot get the opportunity to speak to anyone, nore have I yet received a reply to my email.
I am considering taking it the High Court but of course I need to weigh up the additional cost of that (about £900) and see if it is beneficial to do that. I believe they can do it in about 4 - 5 weeks assuming there is no further delays because of changes in policy because of Covid. Has anyone else decided to take this route ?

many thanks
