I have just read the changes to section 21 article during covid pandemic, the government temporarily changed the rules around section 21, the first point of the article says until the 30th september 2020 the notice periods were extended to at least 3 months notice, Does this mean to say that if i serve notice today 28th Sept then i only have to give 3 months notice? It also says as of 28 August 2020 any section 21 served in England must give 6 months notice , Am i reading it wrong ?
