Hi, I just watched the Possession webinar with Richard Blanco & Tessa Shepperson. Tessa said Ground 1 for possession will remain a mandatory ground after the reforms to S21 & 8. I understand that G1 means; if you feel you will need to live in the rental prop at some point in the future, you will get mandatory possession PROVIDED Ground 1 was referred to in your AST when you set up the tenancy. I use all NRLA paperwork so can you please tell me if it is included in the AST and make reference to page/para for me and, if not, where is the written clause located on the website so that I may add it to any new AST for the property I have in mind.
Thanks
