Hi , I wonder if you could assist in an EPC query . Our assessor said we need to get an exemption certificate for our flats which are in grade II listed buildings . Is this correct ? or do we actually need an EPC . Some of our neighbours who are also rented have had them done. We have in excess of a 100 flats within listed properties and so far not had an EPC. I just need to get clarity and do what we need to do. Many thanks
