Has anyone had a read of the forthcoming consultation on MEES? The Government is consulting on making all tenanted properties a minimum of a C rating for all new tenancies from April 2025... having had EPC's updated on all our properties, all have moved down a band. Even 10 year old homes gone from a B to a C. If they drop below a C, we are going to have to spend £1000's on having the properties within scope to be rentable (solar and thermal water heating).
