Guarantor Form: How do you limit the guarantee amount?

Dear Sir,
I wonder if you could help.
I sent a Guarantor form to the parent of a prospective student tenant of mine and he asked the question: "This is supposed to be a limited guarantee; where does it state the guarantee limit amount?"
Is there some way of putting this in, using the standard RLA limited guarantor form?
Without an outside limit on the guarantor amount, the parent is VERY reluctant to sign!
