I have been in dispute with the managing agent of a flat I own for many years. The dispute concerns the amount of service charge; insurance premiums; professional fees claimed; maintenance charges claimed. The property is a 1 bed flat with no common areas. There are no services provided and no maintenance undertaken. They refuse to answer my emails - they just send further invoices for payment without any explanation. I have offed to pay half the amount claimed and start again but no response! What is my next move please?
