Issues regarding mortgage companies which require EWS1 certificates often in inappropriate circumstances. NRLA needs to mount a campaign about this issue - I can not sell one property and now a problem getting a re-mortgage as the valuer gave me a NIL value despite the property being lower number of storeys. I wrote to my MP and now up-dating her with further details and many others will have this problem as getting a certificate almost impossible and so few qualified surveyors etc
