I have tried to gain entry onto the Green Homes scheme but it seems not possible in the Barnstaple North Devon area. There are no primary suppliers for Loft Insulation and without these the secondly suppliers for a better back door have dropped out of the scheme. It would appear the scheme doesn't work. Good tradesmen do exist in area to do the work. How do I proceed to use of this government backed scheme? As I am aware that few schemes are available to landlords and I really don't want to see this one highlighted as a failure because of lack of landlord interest.
