Hi,
Due to the Covid, I allowed to my tenants to defer half of their monthly rent for the months of April, May and June.
I would like to agree with them a mutually acceptable plan for the rent that needs to be paid back.
Which are my rights? Which is the best way to approach them? I don't want to do anything wrong.
