I have renewed the AST with the same tenants. I have increased the rent and hence a new deposit. I am with DPS who are giving me conflicting information, depending on who talk they will say it is ok just to top up the deposit and another would say need to give the old deposit back and create a new deposit entry. Anyone know what is correct
