Hello, I am starting to rent a house for rooms [Mini HMO] and I have a question.

I want to make inventory.
I recorded a video in good quality.
I also took a lot of photos in the room.

I am looking for a simple document on which the tenant will sign.
The deposit was paid to TDS.
I don't want to have problems when the tenant destroys the room.

Will you help?
