Seen the latest? No pets clauses to be banned. I've just spent £4500 doing up a flat to let in a high demand area. Due to go on the market on Monday. I think I'll just have to bite the bullet and sell. Shame for would-be tenants. Shame for all distressed neighbours. End of the road for a lot of us. I'll let another flat which is due to complete the letting tomorrow go ahead as I do have a heart but I guess it'll be the last.
