This will add another £15 to driving to rental property within north circular to assess for repairs when a tenant reports it. Sometimes a reported leak is a tiny drip.

Then on repair day another extra £15 for repair man and £15 for me as well as £4 in parking charges. This is in addition to petrol and cost of repair.
(I always attend a repair, sometimes driving the repair man there but not with covid)

Think the gov needs to rethink this North circular and South circular expansion.

Like to have a moan occasionally.
