I have tenants (man and wifeand 3 yo son) who moved out on 30 sept. They house is a mess. The carpets arefrayed all over due to cat scratches. Ihave a ltr frboth tenants accepting liability caused by cats. Carpet beyond cleaning due to freying all lover, urine smell all over, and i can not tell when carpet was last vacc’ed. Carpet was new when they moved in on feb 2017. When i submit my clsim go DPS, will I have to take off wear abd tear when itis obviously negligence? Carpet is heavy domestic.
