My letting agent owes me £4,198.90, which is rent collected from my tenant and not paid to me

Can you help me to recover £4,198.90 from my letting agent, Elite Property, Liverpool? They have collected rent from my tenant and not paid it to me. They do not answer phone calls or emails and I know they also owe a lot of money to other leaseholders in the same building. I have tried the Ombudsman, they can't help. I am trying to start a class action but people are put off by the potential legal fees. I just wrote to Liverpool Trading Standards but no answer yet. In the meantime Elite has started the process at Companies House to be struck off!
