I have a prospective tenant that receives monthly wage and UC. The tenant has shown me screen shot from gov.uk site confirming the assessment period and the last 4 payments.

The wage and UC, taken together, is approx 3 times the monthly rent. However, I don't know on what basis they are eligible for UC and if there is any Housing Cost component involved.

I am worried if any change to their circumstances may impact the future UC receipt and if it's something I can check upfront? Do I need to ask for any particular document w.r.t UC to get more information on this?

Any advice pls.
