I have had a bad experience with one national Boiler Care Company which has left me with 'a bad taste in my mouth'. Despite having excellent reviews (mostly praising how easy it was to sign up!) I have found it difficult to find a good review on the actual performance (when an engineer is needed) of any of the well known national companies.
Does anyone have experience of a good reliable company with whom they are satisfied, not just the ease of signing up with?
