Good afternoon.

I have a property suffering from a mould issue, I have had a so called damp expert visit the property in the past and install a number of air bricks but the problem still persists. I believe that the cause is partially due to tenants lifestyle as the previous tenant had no problem, however despite advising the tenant what they need to do and sending them guidance from RLA they are still complaining, and of course it is my fault.

I was considering getting Envirovent in to asses the property and fit a PIV unit however a number of years ago I got a quote from them at a different property and they were very expensive, and I could get a local tradesman to do the same thing for much less.

Has anyone used Envirovent? and if so please can you give me some feedback?
