I am not selling but the thought that letting for another year could involve me more stress and agro with HMRC fills me with dread. I am not sure if the media really helps either. For example we heard about Abolition of Section 21 almost 2 years ago on and on but it will not likely pass through till after Covit?
The landlords need much clearer info from GOVT
