What do I need to serve tenants in order to ensure the tenancy ends at the end of the fixed term and does not extend to a month to month arrangement. The current AST is for 7 months from 22nd July, using an NLA template. So I want to be sure to send the appropriate notification at the earliest time so it is clear that I want the arrangement to end at the seven months
