Dear Advice Team

Does NRLA endorse the use of "no deposit" options in lieu of the taking of formal deposits?

Eg - as a random example - https://reposit.co.uk

Tenant pays a non-refundable one week's rent to Reposit
Landlord is covered by insurance up to eight week's rent, subject to the usual verification procedures
