I served one of my tenants with a Section 8 notice on 18/07/2020 on the grounds of over two months unpaid rent. The tenant now owes £2150.02 which is over four months rent, the monthly rent being £500. I stated on the notice that court proceedings will not begin until after 10/11/2020. When will I be able to go to the courts for repossession?
