What do other landlords supply as part of the let inventory?

Following on from the discussion started early where an incoming tenant wants the Landlord to supply a Washing Machine I wonder what others supply as part of the house inventory?

For my own part I supply
Electric Cooker (Second Hand but from a 'pre-used' White Goods dealer)
(Now) New Washing Machine
Vacuum cleaner
'Dining' table and chairs (actually it's a patio one and metal so non-inflammable)
Washing line in garden.
Rubber exterior door mats (not that the tenants knows what they are for!)
Always make sure the heating is fully supplied with fuel (property is not on mains gas)

And this year following on from the toilet paper shortages - a Shataf !
