Hi,

I am looking to purchase my first property to let in Liverpool (L6 area to be precise) and before I take the plunge wanted to reach out to the masses and see if anyone has any experience/review of letting in this area (good or bad)and whether I should steer clear as research online provides a mixed bag of responses.
