Sec 21: Gas Certificates
Possession - Section 8 and Section 21

Hi.
My tenant has been at the property for almost 14 years.

For me to make a section 21 court application, do I need to include all 14 years worth of valid gas safety certificates?

Unfortunately I don't think I have some of the older ones.

If you can kindly clarify the rules... hopefully the court wants to see only the recent (perhaps last 3 years?) worth of gas safety certs?
