I have a prospective Tenant who has provided me a contact number and email address which belongs to his friend.
His friend is also the prospective tenants current landlord, employer and guarantor for the new tenancy to rent a room at my property.
Is this acceptable, where contact number and email address of new tenant is same as his employer, current landlord and guarantor?
