If there is a change of ownership on a leasehold flat what notice needs to be served to the tenant?

What type of notice or section needs to be served on a tenant when the flat they live in (leasehold) is being sold to a new investor? Apart from the notice, do we need to make any changes to the tenancy agreement and the deposit?
