I have a DSS tenant, she stopped paying her rent of £850 pcm, so I am now getting direct rent payment of £674.99 pcm from DSS.But she hasn't paid the difference of £175 for 7 months now.I am at the stage of bailiffs, but can they still go into my house and evict this tenant because she hasn't paid any rent herself for over 6 months ? Thanks for help.
