Hi fellow NRLA members

I am a BTL Landlord of 20 years and have made the decision to sell one of my properties. It is a 2nd (top) floor 2 bedroomed flat in Coleshill (B46). Has been a great renter over the past 13 years, but my last tenant has now vacated and as the property is a long way from where I live, it has always been the property I would sell, if I was going to sell any of them. Having to give 6 months notice to quit now, it seems the right time to sell, although the market may not agree!

The flat, which my husband and I used as a weekday base for some years, is purpose built with the prime parking space (no cars either side) and is in a small courtyard development of 2 blocks of 6 flats and 10 mews houses. There is a great outlook over a river and access to the riverside pathways, shops and other amenities are within walking distance. Brilliant location for NEC, Birmingham Airport, Birmingham International Railway Station and HS2 Interchange, Coleshill Parkway Railway station, Hams Hall Rail Freight Terminal, Hams Hall Distribution Park, multiple other business parks, M6, M6 Toll and M42. Whilst I lived there I commuted from the flat daily to Northampton, Derby and Nottingham as well as Birmingham whilst my husband was working on one of the many business parks in the area.
